Balance is defined as a state of equilibrium; mental steadiness or emotional stability.
My intention is to help my clients restore health and balance to the body/mind. The prevention and correction of muscle imbalances, integrating trigger point work and neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, hara breathing, manual lymphatic drainage, myoskeletal alignment techniques and aromatherapy, have led me to call what I do Acutherapy.
Corrective exercise, stretching, infratonic therapy and the dolphin neurostim are incoporated in most sessions. Corrective Personal training is available as needed. Acute and chronic pain is effectively managed in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
